Jason Armstrong Photography reserves the right to use any image in any form,  including but not limited to use in print, advertising, and copyright. All images and text are copyrights of Jason Armstrong Photography. It is illegal to scan, screenshot, copy, alter, edit or print images without permission.

 

Refund:

-If you need to cancel a session you will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs over 7 days from scheduled photography session. Cancellation 7 days prior to scheduled session will result in a refund of 50% if unable to reschedule session.

 

-If a session is cancelled for any reason, your entire registration fee will be transferred to another session or refunded to you at your discretion.

 

Rainy Day Policy

If weather conditions are unsafe or absolutely unshootable the photography session will be cancelled and a refund of 100% issued or photography session will be rescheduled. 

 

Personal Emergencies

If you have a personal emergency such as a death in the family, please contact me. I am willing to work with you to reschedule or refund your fee on a case-by-case basis.

 

Work Product

PHOTOGRAPHER will deliver photos to CLIENT no more than thirty days (30 days) after the date of the SHOOT in a gallery on the PHOTOGRAPHER’S website. All photos delivered to CLIENT are licensed for CLIENT’S personal use only.
